We teamed up with Crypto.com to build the cinematic world of Loaded Lions: Mane City – Fractured Fate. Honestly, what a thrilling ride it was to craft a 60-second cinematic trailer for their latest web3 game season!

The mission right from day one was super clear: build huge excitement ahead of their big land sale by showing off how players attack and defend their territories through a short, gripping story. Since the project already started with a really solid idea, our job was to take what was already there and make it feel truly cinematic, crystal clear, and super fun to watch.

To grab someone’s attention while they are fast-scrolling through social media is tough. To pull this off, we went with a vibrant 3D look mixing moody dark blues with popping neon pinks and yellows, because bright, high-contrast colors naturally make people stop and look. 

Every great story needs a good rivalry, so we brought two main groups to life in 3D: The Legion (our hero Loaded Lions and Cyber Cubs built to look strong and ready to defend) and the Dark Lions (the villains wearing spooky masks to look extra threatening during attacks).

Turning basic 3D shapes into a living, breathing city was such an exciting part of the process. We added flickering street lights and drifting fog, carefully placing every light and shadow so the city felt alive without making the screen too messy to follow the action. 

Blending a cool story with clear game rules was a fun puzzle to solve. By moving the camera dynamically and pacing the drama just right, we made sure the final battle felt action-packed and super satisfying for anyone watching.
