Employer Branding Video
Every retelling of a strategy loses something. A regional director paraphrases it, a recruiter compresses it, a partner manager keeps the half that suits the deal — and within a quarter nobody outside the leadership team describes the organisation the same way twice. Film settles the telling. One edit, played at a townhall, embedded on a landing page or dropped into a partner thread, gives the same account of what the business does and who runs it, in every market it reaches. Alibaba Cloud, Warner Media, Hilton and Mastercard have all commissioned that film from us, for viewers ranging from the board table to frontline shift teams.
Most corporate subject matter resists a camera. Supply chains, governance structures, five-year plans — point a lens at any of them and you get an executive describing something the viewer never sees. Animation closes that gap. The interview holds the human voice; animated diagrams, charts and build-ups carry whatever has no physical form, and dense material stays watchable. The filming is ours; Thunk, our animation partner, builds the animated layer. So the same team scopes the job, runs the shoot and signs off the master.
Five formats we’re asked for most often. Each one gets scoped backwards from the audience it has to shift.
Culture and careers films that give candidates an honest look at the work before they apply, cut for hiring campaigns and careers pages.
Best For:
Hiring landing pages / talent-pipeline nurture / graduate intake / culture positioning
Onboarding, process, policy and change-management pieces that reach every office with one consistent message and no roadshow budget.
Best For:
New-hire induction / safety and policy modules / restructures and system migrations / cross-site briefings
A well-paced film covering what the organisation does, who it serves and what makes it credible, ready to sit on your homepage or open a pitch.
Best For:
Homepage feature / RFP and tender submissions / board and shareholder briefings / market entry
Impact, community and ESG films that record the work honestly rather than overselling it, made for reports, stakeholders and public channels.
Best For:
Sustainability disclosures / investor and regulator briefings / foundation and volunteering work / board reporting
Founder and C-suite films — interviews, vision pieces, townhall addresses — directed and coached so the person on camera still sounds like themselves while landing the point.
Best For:
Townhalls / strategy reveals / annual messages / investor relations
A predictable five-step process. No surprises, no scope creep.

FAQ
It begins with a brief on who’s watching and what they need to take away, followed by script and storyboard. With that signed off we move to casting, locations and the shoot, then edit, motion graphics and sound. Three review points — storyboard, first cut, final — keep the surprises out of the last week, and you receive the master plus every channel version on your list.
Reckon on four to eight weeks end to end: script and pre-production first, then the shoot, then edit, motion graphics and the review rounds. A tightly briefed internal-comms piece lands sooner; anything filmed in several places or leaning hard on animation runs longer. Give us the townhall, launch or reporting date and the schedule gets built backwards from it.
The graded master lands first. Everything else is cut from it to suit where it plays — wide framing for web players and townhall screens, tighter crops for feeds and internal channels, plus short teasers, burned-in or sidecar subtitles, and alternate language tracks when a market needs one. Tell us the destinations at briefing stage and the deliverable list is specced against them rather than guessed at.
We film it; our animation partner Thunk builds the animated layer, and scoping through to finishing still runs through one team. Most corporate work here uses both — data, workflows and strategy usually need drawn sequences, while the people telling the story need a camera.
Yes. Logo usage, colour, type, tone of voice and any compliance wording are worked to your guidelines, and the motion-graphics layer is built on your own system rather than dropped in from a template. In regulated sectors we map the approval chain before the edit starts, so required disclaimers and legal wording are already in place when the cut reaches sign-off.
Length, shoot days, cast size, number of locations and how much animation sits in the edit are what move the number — a one-room leadership interview and a multi-location profile carrying custom motion graphics are different projects entirely. Send us the audience, the channels and your target date, and you’ll get a scoped fixed quote rather than an open-ended day rate.
TESTIMONIALS
Give us the audience, the message and the date it has to be live. What comes back is a recommended format, a treatment for it and a scoped price — produced end to end by one team.
